Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes as desired;
- 2 liters of apple cider vinegar;
- 2 bay leaves (laurel);
- Pepper (5 grains);
- Salt as desired.
Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan bring vinegar, salt , 2 bay leaves and 4/5 pepper grains and boil;
2. Wash the tomatoes and place them inside the glass jars;
3. Fill the jars with the boiled liquid making sure to cover them completely ;
4. Close the jars and let them rest for a month before eating.
