- 1.6 Kg of watermelon (pulp); - 200 grams of white Muscat wine; - 150 grams of sugar; - 40 grams of Jelly sheets; - 40 grams of lemon juice.

Make sure the pan has a slightly wider circumference able to contain the ring shaped mold; - Bring the water to boil and immerse the mold.
