Ingredients: - 200 grams of Valerian salad; - 50 grams of light white yogurt; - ½ lemon; - ½ spoon of oregano; - 1 liter of vegetable broth; - Salt as disired; - Extra virgin olive oil as desired.
Instructions 1. Place in a bowl the filtered juice of half a lemon, half of a teaspoon of oregano and a pinch of salt; 2. Then add white yogurt and mix everything very well; 3. Wash the valerian salad, put it in a bowl and season with the sauce obtained, add very little oil if necessary; 4. Serve it fresh.
