Instructions
1. Take the turnips, wash them under water, remove the leaves (without throwing), peel, and cut into pieces;
2. Clean and wash the most beautiful leaves, cut them in 2 or 3 pieces (depending on how big they are). Eliminate the toughest leaves;
3. Now put the washed leaves in a non - stick frying pan with the garlic and the red chili pepper;
4. When they start to sizzle, add the turnips cut into pieces and after 10 minutes even the leaves;
5. Cook thoroughly for 20 minutes with the lid. If too dry, add a little water to finish the cooking.
