Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon;
- Rocket salad;
- Capers under salt;
- Salt (medium grane);
- lemons;
- black cereal bread;
- butter.
Instructions
1. Take a loaf of black cereal bread and cut it into slices of about 1 cm thick.;
2. Spread a layer of butter on all slices of bread;
3. Take the salmon and cut it into slices. So put each slice of salmon on the bread;
4. Add to each bruschetta some arugula leaf and a teaspoon of capers. Season with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with lemon;
5. Serve it fresh.
