Ingredients:
- 6 eggs;
- 4 fresh onions;
- ½ apple;
- 1 spoonful of parmesan cheese;
- 1 tufted chopped parsley;
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 pinch of pepper.
Instructions:
1. Wash, dry and sliced onions;
2. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes;
3. Fry apple and onions together in a pan and transfer everything into a bowl;
4. Beat eggs with cheese, salt parsley and pepper;
5. Pour this mixture into a frying pan and cook the omelette on both sides;
6. Serve hot.
