- 1 stem of broccoli; - 1 or 2 cloves of garlic; - 180 grams of short pasta format; - red chili pepper as desired; - Extra virgin olive oil as desired; - Salt as desired.
Instructions 1. Clean the broccoli stem, remove all hard parts and divide it into tops, then cook it in a pot with abundant salty water. 2. Later, in the same cooking liquid, together with the broccoli, drop the pasta and cook it “al dente”. 3. At the same time clean and flatten the garlic, put it into a frying pan with some olive oil and some chili pepper and cook them for a little bit in order to flavour the oil but not to burn garlic and chili. 4. Drain the pasta al dente with the broccoli and put them in the pan, cook for few minutes and stir frequently, add some pasta cooking liquid if necessary. At the end add a little bit of olive oil and serve.
