- 350 grams of rice; - 200 grams of radishes; - 150 grams of speck; - 1 onion; - vegetable broth as desired; - parmesan cheese; - extra virgin olive oil; - salt and pepper.
Instructions: 1. Fry the onion and the speck (previously cut into strips) in a pan with oil; 2. Add the radishes cut in slices and let them cook for 10 minutes; 3. Add the rice and make it toast pouring the broth to cook it; 4. Adjust with salt and pepper, add more broth if the rice is too dry; 5. When the rice is cooked put in a dish sprinkling with a spoonful of parmesan cheese.
