Ingredients:
- 700 grams of Savoy Cabbage leaves washed and dryed;
- 250 grams of rice;
- 1 small onion;
- vegetable broth as desired;
- parmesan cheese;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- salt and pepper.
Instructions:
1. Fry the onion with olive oil and add the Savoy Cabbage (previously cut into pieces not too big);
2. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally, adding a few spoonfuls of water;
3. Then add the rice and salt ( if necessary) and cook for about 15 minutes;
4. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
