Fruits, vegetables and greens
It is very important to consume, eat, taste fruits and vegetables in the right season of production. Vegetables in addition to the fresh flavour, also retain their beneficial and nourishing properties. In every season there are great varieties of fruits and vegetables we can choose them to give the diet a fair amount of vitamins and minerals very important for individual well-being. Every season we find the following varieties; in spring: strawberries, apricots, peaches, melons, spinach, zucchini, lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, aubergines. In summer: watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, rocket salad. In autumn: persimmons, kiwi, grapes, pears, chestnuts, carrots, cabbage, lollo lettuce, valerian salad, rocket salad, spinach, cabbages, pumpkins, zucchini. In winter: oranges, kiwi, lemons, apples, clementines, broccoli, artichokes, carrots, radishes, onions, kohlrabi, red radishes, cabbages, spinach, mayruben, Rhaetian, cauliflower.
