Ingredienti: - 1 avocado; - 6 tablespoons of olive oil; - 80 grams of bacon; - Parmesan cheese as desired; - Salt and pepper as desired; - ½ lemon juice; - ½ teaspoon of mustardoregano; - 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegard; - 150 grams of Lollo salad.
Instructions 1. Clean the Lollo salad, wash and dry it gently; 2. Divide halfway (length direction) the avocado, peel it, cut into pieces and sprinkle with ½ lemon juice; 3. Pour in a bowl the oil and balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper, stir until a well emulsified dressing is obtained. 4. Place the salad and avocado in a serving dish; 5. Cut the bacon, browned and drained; 6. Season the salad with the sauce and complete by spreading the bacon and the parmesan flakes.
