Ingredients:
- 2 organic oranges;
- 200 ml of water;
- 150 grams of sugar.
Instructions: 1. Warm up water and the sugar in a small pot for 10 minutes until a transparent syrup is obtained;
2. At the same time, wash the oranges and cut them in slices not thicker than 0,5 cm;
3. Add the orange slices to the syrup and continue cooking to caramelise them for about 20 minutes;
4. Arrange the slices one by one on a greaseproof baking paper layer and let them cool down before using for cake decorations.
