Ingredients:
- Cauliflowers 1 kg; - All purpose flour 130 g;
- Salt as needed ;
- Cold sparkling water 200 g;
- Peanuts oil as needed.
Instructions :
1. Sift the flour in a cup and add the cold sparkling water, mix with a whisk;
2. When a smooth batter is obtained, add salt and, after washing, drop in the cup the cauliflower tips, then take them out with a fork and fry them few pieces at the time, in hot oil;
3. Cook the cauliflower tips for 5- minutes, until they are crunchy;
4. Position the pieces on absorbent paper to eliminate excessive oil, then add salt and serve the cauliflower still warm.
