Ingredients:
- 800 grams of ripe peaches;
- 300 grams of sugar;
- 2,5 dl of water;
- 1 egg (only white);
- 1 lemon.
Instructions: 1. Cook in a saucepan the water with the sugar over a low flame, stirring occasionally about 3 minutes from the boiling time;
2. Let it cool the sugared water;
3. Peel peaches, cut them and blend, join the lemon juice, stir the egg white just beaten quickly with a fork;
4. Combine all, pour the mixture into a previously cooled container and put in the freezer for about 4 hours mixing every 45 minutes.
5. Serve in the cup.
