Red Globe grape is gown in Italy since the early 80s. This cultivar was introduced by the University of California in the 50s. Among the newer varieties, it is the most widespread selection, appreciated by consumers for very large bunches, large round grains with few seeds and rose-bluish colour. It contains about 60 calories per 100 grams, it is a caloric value fruit composed of simple sugars very digestible, but with a low satiating power. It has energy effects, remineralizing, detoxifying and refreshing.
